Our multi-barrier treatment framework combines biological processes, membrane filtration, advanced oxidation, and AI-driven process control to achieve near-perfect water recovery — safely and sustainably.

Membrane Bioreactor (MBR)
Combines biological treatment with ultrafiltration membranes to produce effluent suitable for direct industrial reuse — no additional tertiary treatment needed.
Advanced Oxidation Process (AOP)
Eliminates micropollutants, pharmaceuticals, and emerging contaminants that conventional treatment cannot — critical for potable reuse and ecosystem discharge.
AI-Powered Process Optimisation
Machine learning models continuously tune chemical dosing, aeration, and membrane flux — reducing energy consumption by up to 35% versus conventional operations.
5-Stage Treatment Process
01 — Preliminary Treatment
Screening, degritting, and flow equalisation. Removes large solids and normalises influent load to protect downstream biological processes.

02 — Biological Treatment (MBR/SBR)
Aerobic and anaerobic microbial communities break down organic matter, remove nitrogen and phosphorus via Enhanced Nutrient Removal (ENR).

03 — Membrane Filtration (UF / NF / RO)
Multi-stage membrane stack removes bacteria, viruses, suspended solids, and dissolved salts to achieve ultrapure permeate quality.

04 — Advanced Oxidation & Disinfection
UV/H₂O₂ advanced oxidation destroys trace organics. Final UV + chloramination ensures regulatory-compliant microbiological quality for any reuse application.
